In addition to being a well-rounded person, Lynn Dubit is also an essential member of the Protech team – and has been for quite a while.
“Some of you were just toddlers when I started working here,” Lynn joked.
It’s not hyperbole. While working in Finance & Administration, Lynn has been with the team for many of the company’s major milestones, including the introduction of Microsoft Dynamics CRM to the association marketplace in the early 2000s.
A lot has changed since then, but one thing remained constant – you can count on Lynn to deliver.
The praises from close colleague and supervisor Brenda Brown, CPA, Protech’s Controller, are another reflection of Lynn’s consistent determination to learn and grow.
“Lynn just had her 20th anniversary here. It’s a testament to her incredible flexibility amidst rapidly evolving demands in a job like this,” Brenda said. “She always has a great attitude and is willing to go beyond what is asked of her. She’s really a true teammate!”
Lynn wears many hats in her role. Her organizational expertise helps colleagues stay on task so that Protech clients are receiving constant AMS support. The responsibilities can be wide-ranging. Each month, you’ll find Lynn handling her usual administrative tasks – scanning checks, preparing deposits and reviewing invoices. On other days, you can find her presenting online financial processes to new clients, sending system invoicing alerts, tracking system updates in Microsoft Dynamics 365, and is there to assist Protech executives and staff with their inquiries at a moment’s notice.
Outside of work, Lynn enjoys good company, so when she’s not managing administrative duties, she spends most of her time with family and friends. She cherishes each moment with her two adult children, Benjamin and Kimberly, their spouses and her granddaughters, Everleigh and Bella. Whether it’s a 200-mile bicycling excursion through the Florida Keys, or a hike at Yellowstone National Park, Lynn is always looking for the next fun adventure and she can’t wait for the next journey she’ll embark upon alongside her friends.
