Community associations and community association management companies have more job openings than candidates to fill the positions—much like many other industries right now. Management company executives are seeking creative ways to find talent and increase the pipeline of community managers.

We have the opportunity to engage the next generation in ways we can only imagine. Fostering future leaders is a journey, and we need to make a conscious effort to engage, improve, promote, and inspire our members.
Together, we can reach many people, and our efforts don’t have to be complicated or time-consuming. We can do it one person at a time by sharing one comment, one story, or one conversation. We have the power to change a life and turn a job into a career.
