Conference: ASCM 2019

Venue: The Mirage

City: Las Vegas

ASCM 2019 will kick off Monday morning with a general session featuring Fareed Zakaria, a foreign policy expert, CNN host, and bestselling author. He’ll discuss the importance of maintaining a global perspective and how to ensure that people of all experiences and skill levels can be successful in the labor markets of the future. Also on the agenda:

On-the-go learning. Spotlight Sessions, which will be held in two theaters on the expo hall floor, have a fast-paced, 25-minute format. Speakers will cover a wide range of topics, including leadership, logistics, risk management, and more.

Local tours. One of the most popular elements of the conference is the optional facility tours, which give attendees an inside look at a local supply chain in action. There are eight to choose from, including visits to the Zappos.com campus and Three Square Food Bank.

Sneak peek. Attendees with the Expo-Only Preview Pass get two days of access to the expo hall. They can also attend Spotlight Sessions, participate in interactive demonstrations, and go to the welcome reception to network with peers.
