This upgrade went smoothly, though we did hit a last minute snag as we had to install the latest service patch for Microsoft SQL Server and the system did not properly restart after that - delaying the upgrade by about 90 minutes. The premise of the article is leaders should take a break (the sleep on it theory) prior to making difficult decisions and that this is counter-intuitive.
