If you ask me to boil my decision about paying dues or belonging to your organization to a coldly practical WIFM calculation as to whether I "get my moneys worth" then, sorry, the answer is probably no. Then infuse volunteer leadership with WIFU first and discuss the WIFM as a secondary, bonus outcome. WIFM isnt the exclusive motivator.
