The only way I knew how to do that was to encourage them to use a mini-strategic planning process that included adopting a vision and envisioned experience for their attendees. Now, I am immersed in a digital environment and very accustomed to highly intuitive search processes. Various sections seem to be organized alphabetically by title, some by author, in what the customer can only assume is an attempt to recreate an "intuitive search process" in a bricks and mortar store. But this isnt twenty years ago.

As members of an association, we sometimes get into conflict and then go through a reconciliation process. I cant help but think there are messages in here that can relate to the concept of membership, citizenship or community. We have to cooperate on tasks and to encourage each other to stay in the game.
