Is there a transparent pricing model? I’ve been in situations where using the break-even formula (fixed costs/number of attendees + variable costs) would price us out of the market. I’ve worked with groups where the pricing is set because it just “feels” like $500. Are margins oversized and subject to price competition?

Seeking community in associations since 2008. For the exercise, I divided the room into four groups and gave them each a task regarding retired and retiring members: Create a category of membership that offers realistic benefits at a realistic price. Design a leadership mentoring program for volunteer leadership succession planning.

Leadership insight.right when you need it. The bubble was growing while with more loans into unproductive sector, there was not enough jobs created in the economy, which led to faster growth of prices than real salaries.
