Anyway, today’s WAV group publication sparked a thought about a topic for this blog— newsletters. As agents continue to SPAM consumers with drip marketing newsletters, they undermine their relationship with the very customer they worked so hard to attract.

I feed all my stuff to it, but I can't stand it and try not to go in there unless absolutely necessary - then feel guilty that I've missed a bunch of comments and invitations and whatever. Many conferences no longer provide handouts as they green their meetings, and I’m all for anything that reduces paper waste.
