With a new presidential administration in place in Washington, DC, overall lobbying spending saw a big jump during the first six months of 2017—but the players were a bit different.

In December of 2017 the board of VGC held a special meeting to vote on the exit resolutions of Phases 3, 4, 9 and 14. The resolutions that were presented to the membership back in December of 2017 showed the members what they were voting on with enough detail for that to be sufficient. The resolutions passed.
