In fact, good old fashioned email newsletters are having a bit of a renaissance. I used to get most of my reading material from social media (a place I still go) but am now often guided by newsletters -- everything from 730DC to Buzzfeed News to Lena Dunham’s Lenny and more (who knows how many newsletters I’ve signed up for recently). I like the commentary and specificity of each newsletter. What is it about newsletters that’s becoming so trendy?

It took a bit longer than planned but we finally finished up the re-launch effort of the TMG Connection Newsletter. You can view the newsletter here , and the blog that goes along with it here. This tells me that we need to continue with focusing on original content, maybe follow up's on some of the articles that have seen the most traffic. I think a lot of what I talk about on here will lead into some content for the blog and upcoming newsletters.
