Association Brain Food Weekly: 9.9.16

Lecture Theatre at Beelitz-Heilstätten, Germany

This week kicks off with a webinar you won’t want to miss: Elizabeth Engel and Shelly Alcorn discussing their insightful new report, The Association Role in the New Education Paradigm. Unlike many association management reports, this paper isn’t just about associations, it’s about how associations can play a role in our larger world solving a serious issue, one that affects everyone reading this.

So much opportunity is there to be grabbed, but it will require associations to step up their game. Elizabeth and Shelly share the stories of some associations that have.

Intrigued but not into reading a paper? Listen to them talk about it on a recent episode of the Leading Learning podcast. Or, register for the webinar below. I bet you’ll change your mind about reading their paper.

If your company has a webinar scheduled in the next few weeks, please send me the link. I’ll be happy to feature it as long as it’s not too product-centric.
