Meet Christian Gregory – Customer Success Manager at MemberSuite
What’s your role at MemberSuite?
I am a Customer Success Manager here at MemberSuite. My number one goal is to ensure that our customers are receiving the maximum value from their investment in MemberSuite. Simply put, I am here to help make your experience at MemberSuite a great one!
Where are you from?
I was born in Pensacola, Florida, but I have lived in Atlanta for about 25 years now.
How did you get into Customer Success?
Since my aspirations as an NBA player ended in High School (being 5’8” and all), I decided to steer my career towards something I was actually good at – Account Management and Customer Service. There are many reasons I took this as a career path, but I have to say the absolute best part about it is the amazing relationships that I build with my customers.
What should we know about you?
One of the most common questions that I get is “what is your ethnicity?” To set the record straight I am half Greek and half Korean! Unfortunately, I can’t speak either language! I can smell though. (Note: If you didn’t get that last one, go check out Ryan’s spotlight.)
What do you like to do for fun?
I am a die hard sports fan! I enjoy getting my heart ripped out each year by Atlanta sports teams – The Falcons, Braves, Hawks, and UGA football. I also love spending time outdoors whether it is camping, hiking, or playing baseball with my kids.
What is your favorite project you’ve worked on at MemberSuite?
I love getting to meet our customers face to face, so having the chance to network with customers and speak at Engage, our annual User Conference, was at the top of the list.
What is the best part of working at MemberSuite?
If you’ve had a chance to read any of the previous employee spotlight blog posts, they all mention the best part about working for MemberSuite is the people, and that is absolutely the truth! I know that I can count on every single person here to bend backwards for each other to succeed.
Anything else you’d like to share?
My wife and I have baby #3 coming in April 2019! We have two boys (1.5 and 3 years old) and couldn’t be more excited to be adding a baby girl to our family! 3 kids under 4 years old will be interesting to say the least.
