I'm gearing up for another Board meeting this week. That means, among other things, that I've been in communication with our Board chair about necessary agenda items and things that we would like the Board to achieve by the conclusion of the meeting. Now, as I've recently blogged , a few years ago my association's Board adopted a Governance Policy that, among other things, clearly separates responsibility for ends and means determination.
