We all need to belong

It's true, we have to 'gather round the campfire' - we all need to belong. That's what we did at the fall conference, gather round the campfire; literally and figuratively.  And it was great! It was a chance to re-connect, form new alliances, have some fun and learn at the same time.  Dick Durrance, National Geographic photographer, shared his story. He gave us 8 keys for converting Dreams into Realities
1 See what is and imagine what can be.
2 Adjust your dreams and be willing to embrace new ones.
3 Harness your gifts to productive ideas.
4 When the going gets tough it's the team that gets the job done.
5 Reach out to thers and they will reach back to you.
6 Unrelenting tenacity.
7 Clear communications.
8 Test your ideas to make sure they meet the needs of your audience.
