This is a great thing considering millennials and Gen Z will make up nearly 59 percent of the workforce by 2020. Typically, I’ve noticed a lot of this bad information comes from other generations making assumptions about Millennials and Gen Z without proper research. For WSAE, we held two different focus groups.
