Process Street explains why Spotify is really good at converting free listeners to paid subscribers. What can you learn from their practices and apply to your marketing tactics?

And a few more quick hits before we get to this week’s list of free webinars:

  • People don’t buy products, they buy better versions of themselves. (Zander Nethercutt)

Off-topic: Check out my Grabbing the Gusto blog for posts about the recipes I’ve made recently or plan to make in the coming week.

Here are the educational events scheduled for next week plus a few extras. If your organization has a free webinar or event coming up, please send me the link. I’ll be happy to feature it as long as it’s not product-centric.
