A vote for technology: How electronic voting can facilitate community association elections

New Jersey recently allowed condos to use electronic voting and, at the same time, passed a law that prohibits condos from offering proxies to owners unless they also allow them to cast absentee ballots. Arizona and Florida have passed legislation that prohibits proxy voting, and other states are in the process of doing the same.

New Jersey Tech Council Has Its Eye on Post-Embargo Cuba

The technology trade group plans to take at least half a dozen executives from the state to Cuba, with the goal of eventually taking advantage of the country’s business opportunities.
