The Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) recently took another approach, working with Aptify, a provider of association management software, to create what Aptify calls Composite Engagement Scoring (CES). A lot of times we would guess about our strategy every year. Associations are good at collecting data, but they’re less adept at analyzing it or knowing what to do with the gold mine of information they have. But that’s changing.
