Meet Julie Carswell – Sr. Customer Success Manager at MemberSuite
What’s your position at MemberSuite?
I am a Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) with the Customer Success Team. My primary role is to learn our customers’ business so that they can continually maximize value from MemberSuite.
Where are you from?
I grew up in East Tennessee and moved to Atlanta after college.
How did you get into Customer Success?
I moved to Atlanta after graduate school and started working at an Energy Management company. I started my career with positions in Account Management and Implementations. My next position was at a Software as a Service (SaaS) company and then I moved to MemberSuite where I continued to focus on client management.
What should we know about you?
- I have been married for 12 years and have a 9-year-old son.
- We are a family of animal lovers and we currently have 2 dogs (although my son and husband would be very happy if we had a petting zoo).
- I grew up on SEC football but I have recently found a love for hockey since my son started playing a few years ago.
What is one of your hobbies?
I love spending time with my family and traveling. When I find the time, I can spend an entire day being a book worm.
What is your favorite project you’ve worked on at MemberSuite?
I have worked on many projects at MemberSuite over the years, but my favorite is the Engage User Conference. I love seeing all the customers and hearing their feedback. It is great to see everyone work together to ensure we have a successful conference for our clients.
What is the best part of working at MS?
The people! We have some of the most dedicated, interesting, and fun team members.
Anything else you’d like to share?
It is probably because my birthday is in late October but, Halloween is one of my favorite holidays. I go overboard on decorations (boardering on tacky) and I love horror movies.
