Event Microsites
Showcase large events likes annual conferences with Event Microsites. Nimble AMS now includes two event microsites, which are public communities built on Salesforce Community Cloud. Using Community Workspaces and Community Builder, staff can rapidly point-and-click configure these template sites to match the association’s theme, style, and event content, and then publish them for public access. These microsites are dedicated communities that exist alongside Community Hub in your Nimble AMS org, so community management is handled for each one separately, allowing for granular theming and design on a site-by-site basis.
YM Careers Integration
Track leads and increase acquisition of individuals and companies using your job board by integrating Nimble AMS with YM Careers. With the YM Careers job board, individuals and companies can view and post jobs from any device. By integrating Nimble AMS with YM Careers, leads are created and updated in Nimble AMS automatically for each individual and company interacting with your job board. You can use Salesforce analytics to understand how to connect with and acquire new members. Once you’ve qualified a lead, you can convert it into an account to track their continued journey with your association.

Business Events Framework
Use Business Events and make it simple for app builders and administrators with declarative tools to react to common system actions and activities. For example, rather than building elaborate triggering criteria for when a process should execute, wouldn’t it be convenient if the triggering criteria could just be a simple, predefined platform event? This prevents repetitive setup across multiple processes and makes it simpler for non-technical users, abstracting out the complicated condition building in a process. Now, they can just ask, “What do I want to have happen when the complicated thing happens?” This also empowers app builders and admins to trigger processes in a powerful new way: time-based events that trigger when date and time fields elapse!
