Ngage Management Grows by 7 New Employees, 4 Serving as Association Directors

Ngage Management has welcomed seven employees to its Okemos-based company in the last five months, expanding its account executives, marketing and communications, events and education, and operations departments.

Since January, Laura Fuller, CMP, Lisa Keefer, Nichole Fisher, CMP and Meghan Swain joined Ngage as Association Directors. In their various roles, they each provide strategic leadership and direction to the organizations and boards they serve and oversee programs, membership, and operations on behalf of their clients. Both Laura and Nichole have earned their CMP’s and collectively bring more than 50 years of experience in board governance, accredited education, and membership to their respective positions. Lisa offers her clients specialized expertise in event and project management, board and committee management, and operational organization and infrastructure. In addition, Lisa brings her strong financial background and passion for human resources to also serve as business administrator. In her position, Meghan brings extensive knowledge and perspective in the areas of associations, government, advocacy, and legislation. She holds a master’s degree in Public Administration from Western Michigan University.

The Membership and Events department recently welcomed Katy Stanke, Event and Membership Project Manager and Shelby Sims, Client Services Coordinator to its growing team. Shelby recently earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing from Michigan State University and accepted a full-time position with Ngage in May after serving as an intern. Katy has more than 21 years of experience and serves Ngage and its client organizations in the areas of project and membership management. She holds two bachelor’s degrees in Animal Science and Agriculture and National Resources Communication from Michigan State University. 

The Marketing and Communications department also welcomed a new team member, Katie Searl. Katie brings creative content strategy and extensive knowledge of marketing, branding, and media relations to her position as Communications and Public Relations Manager. Katie is a member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and holds a BS in Journalism from Marquette University.
