Earlier this week I returned from the annual meeting of the American Society of Association Executives held in St. Louis wisely did not play that game. The event still touches a minority of professionals ASAE and St. Louis hit a home run with an overall great experience. The Opening Party was under the Arch.

Though I did not realize it at the time, ASAE Annual Conference 2011 in St. Louis was a turning point in my career. And I can not wait for the conference in Dallas. I had NO idea how to exactly get there. I went in literally knowing no one. One year later and life is very different. I am a CAE. I am an active volunteer.

Marshall Goldsmith talked about “Mojo: How to Get it, How to Keep it, How to Get it Back if You Lose it” I enjoyed this talk, and felt I gained some tips I can use from it. I already have these on my calender: St. They lost a lot of their audience as the second day General Session drug along. Which is normal.
