ASAE, business groups, and convention bureaus oppose a new Texas House bill meant to replace a controversial Senate bill that would dictate bathroom use policies. ASAE does not support ongoing efforts in the Texas legislature to change social policy in Texas. This week, Texas Gov. ASAE opposes both pieces of legislation.
