Last spring, after reading The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod, I developed morning habits like exercise, meditation, reading, and gratitude journaling that stuck with me for quite a while. Et voilà, my productivity increased. But after a while, I lost my mojo and the habits faded. I picked these habits back up recently and, of course, my energy and productivity increased again.
