Where did the day go? How many times have you asked yourself that? I just did when I looked at the time, yikes. Usually that means I’ve been in that wonderful flow state, that’s a good thing. But it also usually means I got a late start on the day, not so good. The only problem with flow is when I forget to set a timer to get up every 30 or 40 minutes to stretch my legs and get some fresh air.
