While up in Massachusetts, I cooked dinner a few nights for my parents and got takeout (pizza and Italian food) on the others. Damn, that was good. Another night, black sea bass with spiced breadcrumbs. I didn’t have red bell pepper so I used jalapeno and jarred roasted red bell pepper instead. One night, I sautéed sea scallops.
