What is the certification for volunteers at c3 organizations? PH: It’s the Certification in Volunteer Administration (CVA). Volunteer Match’s 2012 Millennial Impact Report. As an aside, Associations Now just reported on the latest CNCS reports that indicate that volunteering is down in 2013. That’s not cool!
