Right now, take New York City. The monthlong shutdown will cause lost revenues conservatively estimated at $100 million. As a speaker for many events, I have not had any planners reach out to me to arrange a plan B yet, but I’m expecting that if an outbreak happens anywhere in the US, those discussions could come next.
