Working for Arnold Schwarzenegger, I learned you have to be a great listener and recruiter of talent. Arnold Schwarzenegger starting in 2007. He is a great recruiter of talent. I like what [AHA’s Stephanie Drake] said in your newsletter last month , “Manage the talent, not the job description.” Pretty ironic.
