On most days I answer regulatory questions but I’m also involved in designing social media strategies, managing finances, recruiting new members, and planning future events.

Our association had a five module course that included a thick 3-ring bound Instructor’s Guide, five student handbooks and written tests. That is 100 new members we did not have to recruit! Yes overheads. That was huge!
