Almost a year ago, I happened to be hanging out after a show at the Punch Line in Sacramento because Ms. Shelly kept up the fast pace by diving head-long into her career in the world of association management. She is determined to see associations continue to serve as a bulwark of adult education in the United States.

I work for an association in which membership is basically required to participate actively in the industry. Dues fund the association's activities in a major way. Yesterday I read how another one of our Sacramento communitys beautiful gay teenagers committed suicide over New Years. Shelly kept up the fast pace by diving head-long into her career in the world of association management. She got her CAE (Certified Association Executive) just to prove she knows what she’s doing.
