I registered yesterday for ASAE TEC , my first in-person conference since forever. I guess I didn’t get enough of my southwest cookery fix in New Mexico because I had tacos on the brain when I got home. On Sunday, I made a new (excellent) carnitas recipe in the Instant Pot. So excited! I hope to see many of you there.
