Bar Review The American Bar Association (ABA) launched a task force earlier this year to study stand-your-ground laws in the United States. Three hearings have been held so far in Dallas, Chicago, and Philadelphia; a fourth is scheduled for San Francisco in August. Bellows said in a blog post on the group’s website.
