This is a great thing considering millennials and Gen Z will make up nearly 59 percent of the workforce by 2020. Typically, I’ve noticed a lot of this bad information comes from other generations making assumptions about Millennials and Gen Z without proper research. The council’s most recent Motorcycle Owner Survey also reveals women’s main motivations for being high on the hog: They ride for “fun and recreation,” for a “sense of freedom,” and to “enjoy outdoors/nature.” percent of millennial owners are women; among baby boomers that figure is 9 percent.
