ASAE Shares Comments On “Cadillac” Tax

ASAE submitted comments to the Internal Revenue Service last week on the upcoming “Cadillac” tax, a 40 percent, nondeductible excise tax on high-cost health plans that goes into effect in 2018. A recent study by the Kaiser Family Foundation projects 26 percent of U.S. Dean Heller (R-NV) and Martin Heinrich (D-NM).
