The main event was chicken (instead of veal) piccata with steamed asparagus (another menu deviation because, oh my, I knew asparagus in that sauce would be so good and it was) and bucatini amatriciana. I mixed the pesto into the bean mixture instead of dabbing it onto each crostini. I will definitely make that again. 1 CMP credit.
