facilitate internal communications - intranet, internal newsletters, instant messaging, help desk tracking, call tracking, and/or create statistical market analysis for internal, member, and external uses. I do find that when IT is outsourced a lot of the more creative and innovation oriented tasks I mentioned previously just dont get done.
