Millennials are the next generation we need to attract to associations. Millennials are important but I do wonder if we are talking about this generation in the most productive way? Millennials are digital natives and because of that their interest in associations is greatly diminished, or is it? There’s data to show that millennials as a generation are much different than the Boomer generation or GenX. Related: The wonder of new members.
