Get peers to ask and answer questions, rather than a hierarchal process, help desk, or other rigid system. In many places, the overall organization hasn’t figured out how satisfaction aligns with revenue. I think most people measure engagement by low value: did they click, like, etc.? It’s useful, but it’s low.
