I guess I didn’t get enough of my southwest cookery fix in New Mexico because I had tacos on the brain when I got home. On Sunday, I made a new (excellent) carnitas recipe in the Instant Pot. I’ll be happy to feature it as long as it’s not too product centric. New episodes are posted around 1 p.m. every Monday.
