The association recently hosted service members during its first-ever Advanced Culinary Training Program (ACTP), held at the campus of the Culinary Institute of America Texas campus in San Antonio. The inaugural program, held earlier this month, got good reviews from participants.

This simplifies the process, including speaker selection, handout review, and continuing education applications. For us, that tends to be Anaheim, Orlando, San Antonio, Nashville, and Boston. While the curriculum repeats at each regional event, course speakers place emphasis on regional matters like local law.
