Each year, we honor those dedicated individuals who have demonstrated exceptional leadership to advance community association living. He was the first faculty member to teach CAI’s M-100: Essentials in Community Association Management course in Dubai and has been the primary trainer for new CAI faculty for over 20 years.

In 2012, two very proud and longstanding organizations, the Texas Petroleum Marketers & Convenience Store Association (TPCA), founded in 1949, and the Texas Grocery & Convenience Association (TGCA), founded in 1938, merged into what’s now called the Texas Food & Fuel Association.
