A month ago, I shared an article about morning routines and mentioned making changes to my own. I’m happy to report my mornings are more productive now – and I haven’t suffered. I set the timer to 20 minutes. When it goes off, I read to the next natural stopping place. After that I journal about anything on my mind, three things I’m thankful for, and three things I want to accomplish today. Then I get to work with my mind in the right place.
