Typically, a MOOC features a course syllabus, in this case, a ten-week lesson plan with assigned reading (poems), instructor-created video content, discussion forum, peer-reviewed writing assignments, and quizzes.

In fact, I took my first graduate class as a lifelong learner because it was so much cheaper. Remember this as your association competes with cheap, easy-to-find educational resources a la the web. That said, associations should capitalize on technology, not shy away from it. Some are undergrads and some are grad students.
