I was recently reminded of this need for innovation when I watched an interview with Arshad Saiyed , the Executive Director of Online Programs for the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign's Gies School of Business. We unbundled the whole degree in a way and repackaged the courses in what we refer to as active learning packages.

They are long on enthusiasm but short on leadership experience. Universities have the resources to design courses and certification and the desire to generate additional revenue. And Thursday Maddie and I were speaking at Northeastern Illinois University to students and professors who had all been using Humanize in just about every course in the College of Business this semester. Just think about all the conversations about the difference between leadership and management. Maybe the goals need to change?
