It is an alarming trend we began to witness following the 2008 recession. The side effects of this change are: A loss of traditional revenue generated by membership dues. The loss of leadership vital to the health of the organization. Social media/community. They need leadership in all areas of their business.

Leadership insight.right when you need it. in Leadership. The product starts valuing the great salesmen, because they’re the ones who can move the needle on revenues, not the product engineers and designers. The phrase that jumps out at me is “they’re the ones who can move the needle on revenues.”
