These efforts, as well as post-event surveys and other data, helped inform the association’s approach. That led to the creation of its online-based format.

Use a phone call, email or survey to ask, but know that the more personal you can make the interaction, the better. If you decide to do a survey, offering an incentive for filling it out is well worth the price. Of course, surveying members about their membership choices can go both ways ? It’s as easy as it sounds ?
