The California Restaurant Association put its support behind a member-launched project that helps to connect transgender people with jobs in the restaurant industry. The California Restaurant Association is backing a project started by one of its members that will help reduce the high rate of unemployment among the transgender community.

When she was 14, Sejal founded the Elevator Project , an organization that aims to lift people out of poverty through apprenticeship, vocational training and job placement. She said she went to the Gen Z Conference because she wanted to cultivate the skills she’ll need to take the Elevator Project to a national scale.

When a learner accumulates a sufficient balance of CE credits over a certain span of time, she achieves maintenance of certification. There are other projects underway to solve it, including the MedBiquitous Activity Report standard and (in a sense) the Mozilla Open Badges project. Plateau of Productivity.
