The communications struggle continues

But not everyone knows how to communicate, at least not effectively. Both challenges have increased since 2011, with 69 percent and 67 percent of associations stating those are the largest obstacles. At the same time, nearly 80 percent of associations said their members ignore their communications – up from 59 percent in 2015.
