That’s not a slight toward NBOA’s staff at the time, but we did need to attract more association expertise and different skills, like marketing, to the existing staff. The board that hired me in 2010 understood better than anybody the financial challenges the association had. We had 700 in 2010 and now we’re at 1,365.
